Nodit launches Wallet Node: on-chain infrastructure for institutional digital asset wallets
Published
2026.10.08Financial institutions across APAC are moving digital asset services from evaluation into production. Nodit, Lambda256's blockchain infrastructure platform, has worked alongside many of them through RFIs, RFPs, compliance reviews, and contracts, and the same point came up each time. The difficult part of a digital asset wallet is not the wallet screen. It is everything that runs beneath it.
To the customer, a transfer is one tap. To the institution, that single action is a complete on-chain operation. The transaction has to be validated, submitted to a healthy node, confirmed to finality, and then reconciled against internal records. Each of those is an infrastructure responsibility the institution would otherwise build and run on its own.
Nodit is launching Wallet Node, a managed on-chain infrastructure layer for exactly that work. It provides the transaction APIs, on-chain data, monitoring, and node infrastructure that institutions needed across real projects, so a team connects the layer it needs rather than assembling one from parts. The wallet, key management, and ledger systems remain under the institution's control. Wallet Node runs the on-chain operations beneath them.
What matters most comes after a transaction confirms. When an auditor asks why a balance held a specific value at a specific time, the institution has to reconstruct that state and explain it. Wallet Node is built to support reconciliation and audit, not submission alone, and that is the requirement that separates institutional infrastructure from a general-purpose node service.
Wallet Node runs on redundant infrastructure with automatic failover, 24×7 operations, SLA coverage, and SOC 2 Type II controls, and it is already in production at major financial institutions. It does not promise zero downtime. It is designed to keep serving on the assumption that components can fail, which is the standard that matters for financial-grade blockchain infrastructure.
Wallet Node began with what institutions asked for, and it already runs in their production environments.

About Lambda256
Lambda256 is a blockchain technology company that helps financial institutions build and operate secure digital asset businesses. Founded in 2019 as a spin-off from Dunamu's blockchain research lab, Lambda256 drives the commercialization of blockchain technology and the growth of the financial data ecosystem through three core platforms: Nodit, an enterprise-grade full-stack blockchain node and data infrastructure platform; CLAIR, an on-chain AML/FDS (Fraud Detection System) compliance platform; and SCOPE, an on-chain financial orchestration platform.
